Training is provided throughout the year for members - run, board, ski.
Surf Sports training program (from August 2018):
Iron person training/handicap: Sundays 10 am at Pop Denison Park.
Ski distance paddle:
Tuesday and Thursday 6am, Cawarra Park with Andrew Dougherty: bronze and own ski required.
Saturday 6.30am, Cawarra Park with Andrew Dougherty: SRC/bronze required (beginners welcome, own ski required).
Run/sprint training (bring shoes and drink bottle):
MEMBERSHIP MUST BE CURRENT - REGISTER AND PAY HERE
CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT.
HIGH VIS RASH VESTS MUST BE WORN IN THE WATER.
Times and venues may change depending on conditions. Please contact the Director of Surf Sports or SMS Lauren on 0419 864 235 if you are interested in attending so that you can be added to the group contact lists. You will then receive updates about training venues or cancellations.
All coaches are Level 1 Surf Sports/Cert IV accredited or above.
